Training Course for Peer Supporters

The Finnish Refugee Council’s peer supporter training gives you the skills to work as a peer group supporter, promoting the integration of immigrants. The training is free for participants.

Learning objectives of the training:

• you can explain how peer support promotes integration.
• You can give examples of high-quality peer group facilitation.
• You can analyze the role and responsibility of a peer supporter.

The June peer supporter training will be held on two days:

Wed 4 June 2025, 4–7 pm

Sat 7 June 2025, 10 am–4 pm

The training takes place in Vallila, Helsinki.
